It's not everyday we get a request for help, but as this client of ours had been let down, we couldn't resist. One of the prominent members of staff remembered working with us in a previous role, and chose us to help them build a data warehouse in a fortnight.

Luckily we knew the type of business they were in and platforms they were using, so that cut down a lot of research into the information they required and how to structure it.

We spent a couple of days confirming the data they wanted before moving onto setting up the imports and reporting systems.

A secondary project was added to build an entirely new scoring system from scratch.
